Exceptional customer service

I would love to say a huge thank you to Lindi and her store manager for one of the best service that I had received. I am from Durban and contacted the store and she was so helpful. I phoned on a public holiday and she was ever so ready to do her job. I needed a fragrance to be sent to Durban from the Cradlestone branch and she spoke to her manager who agreed. We need more people like her in the TFG group as she definitely goes the extra mile for customers. She made sure she kept to her promise. Well done and I would really appreciate it if she and her manager gets some recognition!
