Excellent Service Received

I usually dread going to that store because I always wait long in the queue and the consultants don't pay attention to the customers. Today I went there to purchase a gift card and was assisted by a wonderful lady I think her name is Nonhle. She was so polite during our whole transaction. She smiled. She informed me that they have to do a check because it's a gift card. I totally understand as I work in retail. She then called another lovely lady to do a check. I did not get her name. I just got to say that those two ladies really know how to treat their customers. Thank you ladies for the excellent service.
