I would like to comment Phindile Buthelezi from Foschini Pavilion. It was not my first time being assisted by her. The first time I came into the store I was pregnant and she assisted me by taking me to the cosmetics side to assist and there was a long line. When I went in recently, I went in to collect a new card. There system was down and called through to head office only to have “failed” security questions. (That’s a topic for another day). Phindi ensured that she made it her business to assist me to the best of her ability. While waiting for head office to sort out my block. She continued to assist another clients. As I watched Phindi interact with the other clients she kept the same energy and level of professionalism, with her MILLION dollar smile. As much as there was issues and the wait might have been a bit long, she made it worth the wait. Thank you Phindi for your excellent service! TGF group should be proud to have you part of their team! And more employees in retail should be like you!
