Excellent service from Jacky - Regional Manager for Foschini Cresta branch

<p>I have been dealing with Foschini re a return on a faulty bottle of Dolce & Gabana perfume 100ml that was purchased a short while ago. The spraying mechanism was faulty and most of the content evaporated . I returned it to the store in early May and earlier today Jacky cal**** me with a full replacement.... I am very impressed with the prompt response & action taken by Jacky. She has restored my faith in Foschini and I will continue to be a loyal customer
