Excellent Service

Best Shopping Experience had at Foschini Canal Walk. My wife had ordered a dress online for Xmas and the company never delivered so our only option was to go and find a dress for her. We were going from store to store and couldn’t find anything she liked until we walked into Foschini and there was this wonderful Human Being called Lindie Grosh. From the time we had bumped into Lindie she assisted my wife and I in the very best possible way! She was just outstanding from the beginning to the end. She helped my wife fit a few dresses and eventually when we found one she made sure my wife was comfortable in and even went as far as helping find some under garment needed for the dress. In this day and age it is hard to find such willing and helpful customer service from Major Brands like Foschini and some other retailers. She is truly a pleasant person to deal with and I rate her service with 5 Stars ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Lindie for your help. Foschini please give this young lady and Bells a promotion and a raise!!!’ She is a very special employee you have !! Thank you
