Excellent service
After having a problem with an exchange at the store, i contacted the area manager of Foschini and she took my complaint on her shoulders and sorted everything out within minutes. She was so understanding and friendly even though i was making their lives difficult. I was so satisfied with her help and great service that i will definitely continue shopping at foschini in general. So stoked!
