Excellent, Great Service

<p>I send a complaint yesterday the 13th of October 2016 and I'm happy to announce that a very bubbly Manager by the name of Sylvia phoned me back today. She apologised on behalf of the staff member and assured me that they will continue to give great service, she didn't just give me great service she gave me hope about the Foschini branch, she was even able to convince to come buy the phone at the store, which I will gladly do.</p> <p>Please acknowledge this lady's service, I feel for her as a Manager because I can just imagine how much she has to deal with and yet she still loves her job and gives it her all. She deserves more than the Manager position. </p> <p>Thank you again Sylvia for responding to my complaint.</p>
