Excellent customer service

On de 30october 2015 I went to sterns in pretoria central church Street to make a payment, I was told that the instalment is 2990 on a balance of 4930 I told the cashier that it cant be.the instalment cant be half of the balance I asked to call the manager she stated that the manager will give me the same info and she did that with an attitude.she eventually called the manager who told ne the same thing I then asked for headoffice number she wrote the number 4 me without bothering to call headoffice.i spoke to a lady from customer service by the name of claudine negonde who spoke to her manager and made adjustment and to add to on the same month I paid 5000 so she was realy helpfull and explained everything to me.pls pass my message to her she really loves and enjoy her job people like her are assets in the company n need to be recognised for the excellent job they are doing.its great to know that they are still people who go to work to serve unlike going to work without a purpose or the same vision for the company.
