I would like to say thank you to Tumi Manager at Foscini Dobsonville shopping mall ,for an excellent customer service she gave me.

I was stressed my sons Mobicel i bought IN May went off ,i contacted the store and they found a store copy,Tumi did a follow up today for an IME to confirm receipts as they were two phones of the same make bought that day,now i have a receipt my sons phone will be going for repairs . Well done Tumi , for the best customer journey you gave me..
