Excellent area Manager
I had a very bad experience at Foshini in Irene mall with the service and the exchange of an item. 1 day later the Area Manager Nishan called me and provided me with excellent service and advised that he addressed the incident with the Irene staff and assisted me with admost professionalism! Thank you Nishan for the brilliant service and prompt feedback.
