Empty promise that was misleading

I'm a customer that is not happy at all. On the 30th of December 2015 I went to a foschini store in Diamond Pavilion and I saw a promotion of underwears (buy any foschini bra's and get a pack of panties for half price). I bought the underwears but they charged me at normal price. I queried it and immediately the promotion paper was taken off the floor. Taryn Melck then asked me to come back the next day of which I did but I didn't get the panties she told me to go and take a 3 or 2 pack panties when I asked for the manager because that is not what she told me yesterday she told me the manager is off and what difference does a 3 pack and a 2 pack has because the price is the same. Which I felt like was disrespectful on top of that she said on the 30th if I have any problems then I will see the manager. She told me the system is saying the promotion only applies for 2/3 packs and not the 5 pack that I wanted of which I believe she was suppose to explain that already on the 30th & not ask me to come back the following day were she started telling me about small prints. Also when I asked to see the paper that was displayed on the 30th it was nowhere to be found anywhere in the store.
