Employees with a foul attitude

I was recently served by an employee with a very foul attitude. I took a shirt back to swap out for other clothing. The receipt clearly showed the shirt as well as the price as marked on the shirt. None the less, the employee took it upon herself to phone a different branch. Without any luck, she continued to imply that I brought the wrong receipt and she is helping me because it normally isn't done. As I highly educated individual, I do not appreciate being spoken to in such a rude manner, implying that I am in the wrong and embarrassing me in front of other customers. I will not be returning to this branch. I'm shocked and disappointed.
