EMPLOYEES TREATING YOU AS A ********
I went to Foschini @ Mall of Africa yesterday. I was disgusted with the services I received. After choosing a few product I wanted from the cosmetic section I wanted to proceed to your clothing section where I also was interested in a few items. To my disgust as I was walking to the clothes section a staff member working at the cosmetic section started shouting at me as I'm not allowed to take the products I want to purchase with me and grabbed the products from my hands. Never have I been that embarrassed before in my entire life for trying to support a company. I will never support the TFG group again and will never refer anyone to buy anything from them as their staff members are extremely rude and unhelpful
