Electronic Gift Voucher not received

I bought a gift card for my colleague on Friday the 15th & I was told I will get an sms for the voucher in a couple of minutes. I wanted from 9 until 11:00am and I was told the sms was resend. It is Sunday the 17th & I still have not received anything. I just called the customer care & I was told they are going to resend it again & if I have not received anything I should call again. I don’t understands why should I be the one chasing you guys for my voucher that I have already paid for!! What kind of system are you guys using? Clearly you did not test it and see if it works. I want my money back or someone must refund my airtime. I spoke to Thandeka Setemela who was so chilled and kept saying if I have not received it I must call again. WOW
