Eft payment not allocated for over a month

I made payment using EFT on the 24 April 2020 of the total amount of 570 to date my payment is not allocated. I phoned to enquire about it ,I was told to send an email with the proof of payment. I did that .I continued to call to do a follow up I was told to wait. To date my payment is not allocated and I am charged interest on my account for this month. My payment are up to date with Foschini group. Worse I have been their customer for the past 21 years.I am so disappointed with their service. May I have my payment allocated or refund me my money
