Duplication of SAME PURCHASE BY TWO STORES
Made an online purchase with TOTAL SPORTS card on TOTAL SPORTS site, FOSCHINI then bills me, when I actually collected the order in store and paid for _ STATEMENT shows I paid for it as well as installment a few days later. 15 months done the line, I am blacklisted for something FOSCHINI did incorrectly... been in and out of the store as well as the call centers and just nobody is trained enough to know how to deal with this situation.
Need my account cleared as well as my name immediately.
