Dreadful customer service.

I have had a ongoing battle trying to get credited for magazines I never ordered to an address I havent lived at for 3 years!! Impossible to email as every address advertised does not accept mail. And they have the cheek to charge for unsolitated calls mails and SMS when account is under query clearly visible on their side and no one answers query. Lost this customer for sure!!!
