Double charge

I went to a Foschini store in Cresta to purchase a perfume using my account and paying the remaining balance using a credit card. I was informed that the payment didn’t reflect because the system is offline so I would have to come back in 2 days for my perfume or pay another R527. I paid that R527 again and was informed that I should receive my refund in 2 days. This was on the 2nd of September and I still haven’t received my money. I wasn’t informed prior to making the purchase that the system is offline and my payment might not reflect.
