DON'T PHONE ME AT 8PM AT NIGHT

Do at 20:10pm last night, I get a call, "we would just like to thank you for keeping up with your payments". Before then however, I pointed out the fact that it was 20:10pm at night, to which, with much irritation in her voice, I got the reply, "well this is my shift ma'am". Then she started with her sh****. To which I simply rep**** "no". To that I got a "no need to be rude". Uhm, excuse me?? I'm being rude??? Your little girly who phoned me, was clearly irritated at the fact that she had to work till 9pm at night and I was clearly not the first one pointing out the fact that it was 20:10pm at night. Come on Foschini, I don't invade your family time and you sure as **** have no right to do that to me. Over and above, your employees are quite clearly over people pointing out the fact that it is **** rude to phone them at that time of night. Can I also just point out, at no point was I rude to your little phone minion, she was the one that was rude to me. I did not get her name, which I wish I had, but seriously, either stop phoning people at 8pm at night or teach your staff patience!! Ffs
