Don’t open an account with them.

Foschini Call centre is the worst.!! I paid up my account 4 months ago and told the to close my account as I no longer need it. 4 months later a realised that my account was never closed and have unknown balances. I had to call them 3/4 times to investigate and tell them to close my account and I was told we will reverse the transactions and the account will be closed. Till today my account is still not closed. They are so useless. Never again will I take a TFG account again.
