Dont buy at Foschini and Telkom

I bought a Tablet for my daughter at Foschini - good deal 100mb data for 12 months service provider is Telkom (8eita). Well that was on Friday 25/9. TOday is 29.9 and still no provider up and running. I wanted to return the tablet and then rather make use of another service provider but their policy is not to return my money i have to sort it out with the service provider. The service provider Telkom says it takes 24 hours before I will be able to access their service maybe their 24 hours are 24 days. If I struggle like this what is the changes that i will get my 100mb data every month? I am very disappointed I don't think Foschinin must sell something if it does not work.
