Donna - Poor Quality

Wow I'm appaulled by the quality of the bras I purchased from Donna claire in end July/August 2018... I purchased 4 bras and the wire is already sticking out making wearing them very uncomfortable. Considering that we pay an arm and a leg for their products the least we expect is quality products... Iv taken utmost care of these products by hand washing and not wearing them regularly but wow... I went to the Menlyn Branch to address the issue and was told the manager was not in and they wouldn't be able to assist in his/her absence and furthermore I was the first to complain about this. I must not forget that this is common for wired bras (sort I shouldn't complain, such is to be expected) - was a loyal customer of Donna I am flabbergasted and feel highly cheated/conned!
