Donna online ARE USELESS

2 months later and I am STILL waiting for Donna to collect and refund me for an incorrect item. Wrong size, wrong colour, had to wait WEEKS for it. I AM HOUSEBOUND AND CANNOT SIMPLY GO TO A BRANCH. Donna have NOT REP**** TO ANY MESSAGES SENT TO THEM. Please, never use Donna Online it is really frustrating and poor service.
