Donna Fashion TFG pathetic online shopping service

I ordered and paid for several items in 23 January. Two items arrived within a week. It is now THREE WEEKS LATER and the remaining 3 items that have been paid for have not been delivered. To make things worse, there is no response from Donna Fashion’s Facebook messenger, nor any of the posts I commented on, and the email I got just says the same as it said weeks ago ‘this has been escalated’. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND buying online from Donna if you want to wear the items in the current season.
