Donna Claire refund

Yesterday I purchased an item from donna Claire. .. actually I paid for it but I didn't get it. After the transaction went thru I noticed that i was charged R340 for an item that cost R290. I queries this immediately, and after some mumbling the transaction was reversed. I was informed by the staff that it would take approximately a week for me to receive my refund back into my account.. They then proceeded to ring up the item again ..... asking me to now pay the R290.... needless to say I left without the garment and donna Claire will never see me again ... I am currently counting down the days to see how long it takes before I get my refund
