Donna Claire is ripping me off

I just had it with Donna Claire, I have been one of their best regular clients, over 2 years i've never received statements, after querying the account at the brooklyn store they informed me that i have club books thats on this account and cellphone insurance, why I asked because i never gave permission for these to go off my account and had never bought a cellphone at donna claire or their chain stores and asked them to stop the club and phone insurance, and it was not done, i have asked since last year for a complete recon on my account and yet it has not been done, i wanted to close my account and they said i cannot close my account even the account is in a zero balance, andI have phoned and emailed and spoke to a Warren and Candace who promised me that this issue will be resolved and that a recon will be done and it has not been resolved either the recon.
