Donna-Claire Customer Serice is non existent
<p>Hi, I have tried to phoen Donna-Claire Customer service on more than one occasion and it keeps going to a voice message. I have emailed them, left messages and i have even tried phoning TFG head office today and surprise surprise i've been cut off 3 times already. If its not bad enough that they have the worst desinger this year with the worst clothing (i do not like to look like my grandmother) you can never get hold of them and if you do find something you like you never find our size because they don't stock enough of the larger sizes. If this is how you treat your customers you should be ashamed of yourselves. I shop at Donna because i do not have a choice due to my size but for goodness sakes do something about your customer service line because if i have to phone more more time and get cut off or get a bladdy machine telling me to leave a message i'm going to break something.</p>

What a dissapointment. I just received a clall to find out what my complaint was and then a follow up two days later but still no one assisted me in finding the swimsuits i wanted in a specific size so ja worst customer service ever. If i want it I have to pay a min of R70 for the store to order it and I will not pay for this as it was not my decision to only stock 1 swimsuit size 28 per store.
