Dodging warranty

I bought a Samsung J7 8 weeks ago. After 6 weeks the screen started to leak ink(by lack of better description) in the right upper corner and it covered the whole within an hour. Send my phone in for repairs, they let me know it was impact damage and therefore the warranty doesnt apply. Im sorry, i didnt dropped the phone. How is it possible for a phone to fall so hard the lcd got broken yet the glass and :xterior is spotless? My house is fully tiled, surely the tiles shouldve chipped something if the phone got dropped? I refuse to accept this. To me its like a general excuse to avoid warranty repairs, theres no way i paid R4000 for a phone and after 6 weeks shell out another ****load of money for repairs because the warranty is void! Please sort this out, asap. Either samsung repair my phone under warranty or Foschini replace the handset with a new one.
