Do not make online purchases from Foshini

I made an online purchase on 09 September 2020 and paid the same date. Up to date which is 14 Octoner 2020 I am still waiting for one of my items purchased. I have phoned 4 times and every time ot is a different story and the courier comopny is blamed, but axcording to the tracking number from the courier they have not even picked up the parcel. Very bad service, never going to buy online from them again!
