Do not buy gift packs online as you are not guaranteed that you will get them sealed and not used.

I bought perfumes online on the 19th June 2021 and collected the pargo order on the 21st June 2021. It was a gift packs; both not sealed with a transparent plastic that shows the perfume was not used. 2 of the small ones in 1 of the gift packs one was empty; the other was used. I called the online department on the same day and was advised to take pictures and send my complaint to ***; the only feedback from Foschini was a reference number CS-339811, an sms 2 days later and email message that the issue was resolved. I called daily for that week and was told I will get email communication. It's the 8th and still no feedback on my emails.
