Do not buy electronics from them

Do not buy electronics from them. Was sold a faulty device that stopped working after 28 days, sent it back and have had no feedback regarding it mind you I was it for work and I've requested for a refund or a replacement and I made it clear that I do not want one that is refurbished as I did not damage the previous 1 but all has fallen on deaf ears. I was told to go back to the store to fetch it at Foschini but the laptop is not there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
