DMC bad service

I have paid Foschini R2000 to pay off an account and every time I made the payment my balance was not reducing and was told to call their call centre in which I did , and they told me the account was handed over to DMC and I should call them , which I did and forwarded them all my receipts , and they claim that they cant see the payments and will not give me a settlement amount until all the payments are reflecting on their side , as of today they cant see a payment I made in June and they say it takes 30 days for the amount to reflect and its already 2 months . I spoke to Naledi , Andiswa and Gcobani this morning who gave me attitude and no one has been able to resolve this query , I called Foschini and spoke to Khanyisa who actually put the phone down on my ear while talking to her , then I spoke to a team leader called Pearl who promised to follow up with DMC and call me back which she did not do and today is day off . This is compromising my situation as my name is on ITC and I want to clear my name . Is there a competent person at Foschini that will be able to resolve this query as a matter of urgency
