Dissatisfied customer

So disappointed with the service I received at your branch in westreet. I was assisted by owethu I don’t recall the name … I went there to return a shirt which I bought a few weeks ago for my daughter using my account card she said she will not be able to return the shirt because it doesn’t have a tag and I also don’t have proof of purchase however she will check with the manager first. The service from the get go was not good because she gave me an attitude and went on and chit chatted with the lady that was next to her … came back did her own thing and than told me that the manager said she can’t assist because I don’t have a receipt, I asked if she can’t retrieve the slip from my card as I know she can she said no the manager said because the item does not have a tag she can’t which I was okay with because I can give the shirt to needy people as it does not fit my daughter. But the lady’s approach was not cool bakithi yazi the service I usually receive from the pavilion and Bluff branch is extremely nice but she was so disappointed to get such service from the westreet branch. Was very happy with the service I received from the guy who was working with cellphones and the security guy 🙏🏽 those 2 must give your tellers a few lessons
