Dissatisfied

So I've received a call yesterday I answered lady told me I missed my payment I asked her what payment and guess what with an attitude she replies you should know I kept quite I asked her please state your name so I can know whom I'm speaking to she refused and financial department regarding a payment the lady I spoke to was rude *** foschini should train they call center staff they flipen sucks big time the thing sounded like a B*** offer the phone with an attitude all I have is a reference number that she gave me and a number which can be traced to her Tel: *** Ref *** so if foschini treats they customers like that's pathetic
