Disrespectful , rude

I received a call ********** 502 from Nathen from Foschini group whom I fully understand that it is part of his Job description to call clients and discuss payments however it does not give him a right to address clients the way he wants to. We are all human facing different challenges in life. Him sitting where he is does not make him a better person. Nathan is a Representative of Foschini he does not own it! therefore I don’t understand how was he employed to Foschini if he does not act according to TCF “treating customers fairly” …….
