Disrespectful , Rude

I went to Foschini the Glen Mall on the 17/02/2018 Around 4:15-4:30 , to shop for Perfume , when I got at the perfume section the employees where standing in from of the perfume section having personal talks while we were shopping I had to say excuse me to reach what I wanted , I then decided to test one of the perfumes I loved ,I got sworn at by a lady called Elizabeth because I sprayed the perfume on my shirt instead of my wrist , I was called a ***** , a mother ****er , you could name all those words . the manner in which she approached me is disgusting I got so angry and the manager was taking sides and then I was then the one blamed for swearing at the employer. while I was speaking to the manager she laughed with her mouth wide open what terrible service , how do you hire people that belittle customers .
