Displeased with Foschini or TFG group, ***

I am completely dissatisfied with the Foschini store. Normally, I make my monthly payment online, but a payment made in September at the Westgate Mall shop *****ed up my account, and now I'm in areas I shouldn't be due to negligence. I've been getting calls, SMS messages, and emails telling me that I owe money. I phoned the customer service center and asked them to remedy the issue; the last representative I spoke with earlier this month said it would be resolved in 24 hours. I'm shocked, I'm still getting many SMSs and emails stating I'm in areas
