dishonesty

I placed an order which is p***4 an express order. I received an incomplete order without any explanation. I had to call for an explanation,then I was promised I'd receive the rest of the order the following dau,which never happened and resulted in me being sent from pillar to post. Waseem promised to call me back regarding the status of my order which he never did. He answered the phone as an avaiable agent,apologised for not calling me back. Told me he couldn't get hold of the courier company as they may have left. I asked for their contacts,called them. Got hold of them and only then was I told I will only get my order on monday which is unacceptable to me because that was never communicated with me. I ****ed and disgusted by this so called customer service. Was looking forward to doing further business which I now doubt.
