Disgusting Service foschini group

What a ******* and Threats for payments are you ridiculous..... very frustrated with the service from Foshini, they say one thing and mean the opposite. It is a very challenging time for me I was temporary laid off and yet I emailed Foshini on 13th April 2020 to inform them I am not sure when I will pay due to being laid off ever since no one made contact with me except for early June or July month. They decide to bill me for a call bull **** I didn't say call me, and billing form collection letter,l. I have emailed them regulary regarding my case of employment. Informing them too that I still didn't receive my TERS fund payouts for May and June um until now no payment. "understanding" with regards to the current pandemic than they turn threaten and say that if one don`t pay the full installment your credit score will be at risk, and give u bad credit for 2 years. I request that they withdraw all late charges and statements being said against my account. Yet I have prove to show since 13 April I have reached out to them via email that was my only way I could. Inform them..... I am very angry. ****ed off and surely they will lose more clients to their bull **** chain of threats they state on their letters or sms. Today update I have been retrenched so how in the hell can they make ur installaments lower if you on no work. No pay and now currently unemployed. I request the manager to email. Me in written notice they will remove their threats if they don't get this and that payment. I don't care if they go legal I want this details to reach ombudsman and I will persue this matter further.
