Disgusting service- FOSCHINI BAYSIDE-RCS

<p>I went to Foschini Bayside Mall to pay my RCS account, two ladies were on the queue and at the time only one till was open and there was a lady busy doing whatever she was doing and I guessed okay she can't leave whatever she's doing because there's only a few people it was fine you have to be a little patient sometimes. Zakes was on the till that's busy then he finished with the first lady who then left the store, then the lady before me was being assisted and this went for the next few minutes which seemed like a never thing as she was requesting a lot of things and this was not a problem at all as I understand that every customer's needs need to be met by the service provider. This continued for the next few more minutes where I also started to feel impatient and still no one in the shop is opening another till to assist, well I can say no one cared until a white gentlemen(totally not the man's fault he came there to do what he needed to do) walked in and then finally the lady before got her story sorted and left. Then all of a sudden the lady who has been acting busy for the past donkey minutes I had been standing there with my feet ****ing me was able to leave whatever(so important) she was doing and assist a gentleman she felt was not deserving to stand on the queue for long. He even left the shop before me, that's when I realised she knew what was the right thing to do but because of my skin colour it is okay that I have to stand on a queue no matter how long and she wasn't bothered. And this is not a first I have such a terrible experince at this particular store. Then after the gentleman left the store I asked her(Gail is her name) why does she do that, she totally ignored me for a very long but was able to leave whatever she was doing just to assist the gentleman so that he doesn't have to wait for long. Then she told me she didn't ignore me and that I had to stand on the queue. Oh and this is one of the most terrible stores that never has anyone on the floor if you ever need assistance on the floor. I honestly think that RCS are ****ing themselves doing business with the TGF group all their stores are terrible.</p>
