DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER
It's exactly a Month Today since the Manager/Supervisor at the Foschini head office promised to call me back within 2-3 working days.I had a dispute with regards to my account balance on my Foschini account ,instead of getting a call from them updating me on my dispute i am receiving countless calls from their collections department threatening to hand my account over to the lawyers. The one agent even had an audacity to tell me that if i don't get a feedback about my dispute i am the one who should do follow-ups which means i have to waste my airtime calling them all the time or waste my petrol going into the store all the time.
