Disgusting service and product

I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed at the foschini group for selling me shoes that have been worn and dirty. I feel this is lack of respect for a customer. I work hard for my money I don’t just pick it up on the streets for someone not to value it.

This is so unprofessional. I bought sneakers online from Bash app for my son’s graduation and this is what I get. Wow!
