Disgusting service.

Hello Peter I opened my account with Foschini late 2018 and later requested that the account be moved from a 12 months revolving plan to a 6months plan around July 2019. The first consultant that I spoke to told me they had done it successfully. To my surprise early this year when I noticed that I still have the 12months plan on my statement meaning it was never removed and they have being charging me interest on it. Called into customer service and the consultant as well as the supervisor told me that they don't have proof I requested the move and therefore there isn't anything they can do about the interest they have been charging me. What irks me even more is that the consultant kept laughing and made it sound like it was all my fault. To date, the issue hasn't been rectified and last consultant I spoke to Bronwyn hung up while I was speaking to her. I am beyond disgusted and would never recommend anyone to open an account with them. Their staff is unprofessional and lack tact!
