Disgusting Service!!!!!

I bought shoes Online with Foschini and to my surprise they delivered two right-sided shoes to my doorstep. I called the contact centre and I can not describe the disgusting, unbothered and unprofessional service I received from Patricia and Cameron. I explained my situation and asked if they could exchange my shoes as I do not want a refund. I also explained that all stores close by have no stock and no sizes where available online. It’s sickening that I need to be inconvenienced, be sent from pillar to post and no remorse or help is provided to remedy the situation. The least that they could have done is contact Golden Acre Cape Town and arrange a proper delivery with the correct shoes

I’m so disappointed.
