Disgusting service

Placed an order on the 5th for my child’s shoes. Received an email on the 7th that the order has been handed over to a courier. Till to date the order has not been delivered. My child cried so much as the shoes were supposed to br worn on the 16 but he had to wear old shoes because of a disgusting service from Sportscene.

No communication whatsoever! Christmas is just few days away. What will i say to my child about his shoes??
