Disgusting Service
The most disgusting service ever from Nicky as well as the manager Tina at Foschini Cavendish,after being told by the online call centre twice I am able to return Hi online products to any Foschini store as stated on the delivery note, these 2 individuals blindly refused to help, infact they were so rude I wondered if I was at home affairs, refusing to call online, patronising me and ultimately chasing me out of the store,I am at my wits end and have wasted so much time at this store to accomplish nothing, only to deal with unhelpful staff who needs serious soft s****s and customer service training, I have made many calls to no avail, even made a complaint RM172554, still nothing,please somebody help!
