Disgusting Service
I went to The Glen Foschini cosmetic counter on the 5th of December at around 18h45 with two of my friends. We got the most horrible and disgusting experience I have ever experience in my entire life. A lady by the name of Palesa was so unprofessional, rude and highly emotional. She even told us that she knows what she is talking about and how she has 12years experience. She didn’t even want to hear our opinion about the makeup she was testing. She was just on a 100 and her blood was boiling for no apparent reason. The worst part she got so angry and told us to go to Edgars and left us standing there. She even had the audacity to go tell the manager that we were being rude to her, while she was the one who was rude and left us standing there. We indeed went to Edgars and got what we were looking for. If Palesa is the kind of people you have representing your brand, then I would rather not be associated with Foschini.
