Disgusting service

I had an account with Foschini when I failed to pay it was handed over however I paid it off its it's been a year being taken from pillar to post with an update on my credit report and my paid up letter. Their call center service is disgusting calls are being dropped I don't know if they don't understand that this is affecting one's credit score really bad.
