DISGUSTING - LOST SALE.

I drove from Sandton on my way home and stopped at Fochini Cresta to buy 1 (0ne) item of make up. So I cut through the clothing department to the Clinique counter to be told with a lady lounging on a high stool that she cannot assist me at 16h14 because they are busy with stock take with such a terrible attitude. At this point I told her that I needed the make-up but was told to come back tomorrow. I then ask to speak to the manager as nowhere did it state that they are busy with stock-take. Why was the store still open?? She calls some guy who is chatting up a customer in the same department. He ignores me standing there and carries on chatting. What is our country coming to. <br> <br> Why give people with such disgusting attitudes jobs. I am sure there are many people out there who would cherish the idea of having a job. Fochini it is not the first time I complain about your staff - it is actually sickening.
