Disgusting customer service.
Honestly dissapointed and annoyed by the service I have been getting from Foschini. Firstly I have been getting a ridiculous amount of "courtesy" calls from your rude agents even when I specifically have advised you that I do not have an account with Foschini and exact. Secondly some of your agent are honestly clueless in regards to the jobs, they need more training in customer services particularly one of your rude agents NATASHA GORDON. She is such a disgustingly rude agent that I have even complained about her to one of your team leaders ,but alas no one has gotten back to me. Thirdly I am still waiting for the complaint I have sent against this agent from your team leaders. Honestly This is really dissapointing , I can't believe how *********** some of your employees are. PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR MARKETING LIST FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
